A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Alyssa has been a resident of Denver for over 16 years. Alyssa has been fortunate to live in and develop an appreciation for Denver's most historic and redeveloping neighborhoods. Her knowledge and love for these communities, their architecture and future growth makes her an invaluable source for both buyers and sellers.
Alyssa began her career in real estate as a licensed personal assistant to Dee Chirafisi, owner/broker associate of Kentwood City Properties. With Dee, Alyssa aided in over 100 successful transactions annually and had a significant role involving over 10 Downtown Project launches and completed close out sales.
Since becoming an independent broker associate in 2003, Alyssa has excelled with over 13 million in production annually, aiding both buyers and sellers in Downtown, Ballpark, the Highlands, City Park, Park Hill, Washington Park, Capitol Hill, Uptown, San Rafael, Whittier/Five Points, Country Club, Bonnie Brae, Southern Hills, Observatory Park, DU University areas and many others. Aside from individual buyers and sellers, Alyssa has represented Developers on multiple projects including: Zi Lofts and Townhomes (2229 Blake Street-Currently marketing), Iliff Place Townhomes (225 & Iliff-Currently marketing), Isbell Lofts (corner of 18th and Lawrence), The Residences at 1882 Race (Uptown), The Lofts at Downing Street Station (corner of 29th and Downing), The Lofts at the Paris Hotel (21st and Arapahoe) and have been an integral part of the revitalization efforts of the Berkeley Park neighborhood by acting as listing broker for the Lofts at Berkeley Park (44th and Tennyson). In many cases, Alyssa was brought in during a "tough market" in which sales with other brokers were non-existent. Through strategic and aggressive marketing as well as knowledge of the market and brokerage community, Alyssa was successful in reviving sales at each project and "selling out" the projects.
