Bruce has lived in Colorado (Aspen and Denver) since 1974. He presently lives in Washington Park. Bruce’s experiences include involvement in the Neusteters Lofts and the Brooks Towers condo conversions. His extensive experience, in both listing and selling condos and single-family residences, includes areas from Boulder all the way to Highlands Ranch.
Bruce enjoys listing and selling a combination of both commercial and residential real estate, which includes working with individuals looking to purchase or sell there home and also investors and/or developers searching for the perfect investment that meets their needs. His last project encompassed locating, evaluating and closing the Benedict Warehouse, located in the desirable Platte Valley, to a group of developers who subsequently converted them into what is now known as the WaterTower Lofts. Bruce gathered a group of several other professional realtors, and that team alone listed and successfully finished selling the 94-unit project. In addition, Bruce has also completed selling the last six developer units at the Renaissance, located at 1780 Washington in Uptown, and also the last ten developer units at Highland Court, located at 29th and Wyandot in the Highlands. These two projects were widely received by Buyer’s and both considered a true success.
Bruce says, "The best part of being a realtor is putting roofs over people’s heads. I really enjoy working with Buyers and finding them the perfect home without leaving any money on the table. When working with Sellers, I enjoy guiding them through the entire process from putting the sign in the ground…to the successful closing."
