Some personal facts:
I have lived in Central Denver for over 25 years. I enjoy running with my dogs, seeing great films, soaking up art and music, traveling and of course architecture and real estate! I am involved in many civic ventures: I serve on the lower Downtown Design Review Board, I am the chairperson for the Denver Housing Council Marketing Committee, I serve on the Denver Civic Ventures Board and I am a member of the Downtown Denver Partnership, Lower Downtown District Inc, the Botanical Gardens, and Museum of Contemporary Art. I am passionate about giving my time and energy back to this great city of Denver!!! In 2007 & 2008 I was nominated for outstanding Business Woman of the Year by the Denver Business Journal.

Working for Buyers
When working with buyers I take time to interview the buyer to get to know their needs and then I use my extensive knowledge of Denver neighborhoods and property types and trends to find a property that is best suited for them. My goal is to save my buyers time and frustration by utilizing the internet and by screening properties prior to showings. I work as a buyer agent or transaction broker and use my negotiating skills and expertise to represent the buyer throughout the buying process. I pride myself in having a keen understanding of Denver market trends, architecture, design and new developments! I also refer buyers to experts that can provide the best products and service for their purchase. I try to keep the process smooth and fun and on occasion have been know to show property or head to a closing on my Italian Scooter!
