Jason Myslik is a leading source of statistical information on Denver's central neighborhoods. His buyers are provided with an intricate picture of where the market has been, where it stands, and what current trends might be indicating about the future.
"First and foremost, my goal is to create value for my clients. In order to maximize a buyer's time I must gain an intricate understanding of their needs, by doing that I can become their eyes and ears. And beyond that I must educate. Buyers need an understanding of the big picture in order to take advantage of this real estate market. To that end I provide my clients with a personal collection of statistics on individual properties, neighborhoods, and the Denver market as a whole."
Jason maintains his own spreadsheets that plainly illustrate the pricing trends in each of Denver's central neighborhoods. His primary focus is on urban lofts in areas such as Lower Downtown, Uptown, Golden Triangle, and Old Highland...as well as single-family homes in city-close neighborhoods such as Washington Park, Bonnie Brae, Hilltop, Congress Park, and Park Hill.
"The first order of business is finding the perfect home for my buyer. But where I add real value is acquiring that property at a price that will maximize my client's return on the investment."
His sellers receive the same high level of attention. Every one of his listings has a customized marketing plan. It starts with a competitive market analysis (CMA) that provides clients with the necessary information to determine the best possible asking price. After the pricing decision is made, Jason will present a list of recommendations that will help the client prepare their property for sale. "And then my focus turns to maximizing exposure. This is done by running targeted advertisements, creating broker awareness, and being personally available for showings and open houses."
Jason is a Colorado native, educated at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, and currently lives downtown in the Uptown/City Park West neighborhood. Before entering real estate Jason honed his marketing skills at Odyssey, a San Francisco-based market research and consulting firm. He is a Member of the Denver Board of Realtors Roundtable of Excellence and specializes in working with first-time home buyers, people who are brand new to Denver, and urbanites looking for their dream home in the city.
