Sought out by East/West Partners (Mark Smith, Harry Frampton, developers) to be a part of their three-person sales team to kick off their new Riverfront Park PUD in 2000, within six months, she and her team sold over 150 lofts and condos (off of floor plans) and eventually sold out the first phase (three buildings) within two years. She worked closely with the developer and construction, becoming an expert in all facets of new construction. Additionally, in 1997 she was asked to co-list the loft-conversion project of The Ice House (Steve Owen/Don Betts, developers) at 1801 Wynkoop Street. She and her partner were responsible for the project from start to finish – closing over 90 historic lofts within 24 months. She was the chosen realtor who was hired to finish remaining sales at various projects such as One Wynkoop Plaza (Thermo, Pat Barron, developer), Isbell Lofts (Don Betts/Harris Faberman, Developers) and Swallow Hill (Greystar, developer).
Jan has lived in Denver for 30 years – now residing in an award-winning home in Cherry Creek North which she renovated. She has called other Denver great neighborhoods home, including Belcaro, Park Hill, Washington Park and Downtown.
Jan has been quoted nationally in the press for her expertise on urban living and serves on the Board of Directors of the Denver Film Society.
