Kim joins Kentwood City Properties as a Realtor with over 22 years of sales and marketing experience which enables her to provide creative ways of marketing properties as well as valuable techniques to negotiate and handle all aspects of your real estate transactions. She demonstrates a thorough understanding of the local market, and is known for her professionalism, genuine passion and enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic. She has earned a reputation for excellent customer service, communication and attention to detail. She is proud that much of her business has come from referrals and repeat business. Kim goes the extra mile to ensure that she has met and exceeded each client's individual needs and expectations.

Kim is originally from Chicago, earned her B.S. in marketing from Indiana University with a concentration in French from the University of Strasbourg and during her prior professional positions in the pharmaceutical industry, was fortunate to have lived in many exciting cities including Miami, Boston, Paris, France, and Bologna, Italy. She settled in Denver in 1999 and is proud to call the mile-hi city her home. She has renovated 5 investment homes in Washington Park and has been a resident of Cherry Creek North for the past several years. She has a passion for the charming homes and neighborhoods surrounding downtown as much as appreciates the maintenance-free living that a chic downtown loft or condo provides.

Kim became a licensed Realtor in 2004 when she joined the sales team for East West Partners to launch and market 6 luxury projects within downtown's vibrant neighborhood of Riverfront Park. While at Riverfront she assisted hundreds of buyers with their real estate needs. Prior to joining Kentwood City, she was hired to be part of the launch team for Spire Denver, a 496 unit residential project in the heart of downtown, where the team contracted over $20 million in the first 3 months of launch. She made the decision to join Kentwood City Properties, Denver's premier full-service real estate firm, to expand her passion for assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs throughout the Denver metro area.

Kim believes in giving back to the community through her support of numerous charitable organizations, a few of which include The Smile Train, Max Fund, Guiding Eyes for the Blind, and The Denver Rescue Mission. In her free time she loves to hike and snowshoe with her dogs. Travel is her other passion and she is always researching new and exotic places to explore each year.
