About the girls...
Erin
Erin was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. She grew up with parents that loved designing and renovating their homes, then moving on to the next. When Erin was in high school her family made the move to Dallas, Texas. Erin remembers sitting in the back of her family's Realtor's car and thinking, "this is a great job!"
Erin succeeded in achieving her dream job in January of 2001. After preparing herself with a BS degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and economics and a very successful sales and sales management career in the medical device and wine industry, she decided to finally make the jump and leave the corporate world and take her skills to the real estate market.
Kristen
Born and raised in the Central Florida area, Kristen grew up in a family that was and is still heavily involved in the many aspects of real estate development. Growing up, she received plenty of hands on experience by following her father around his development projects marking lot lines, organizing contractors, and working with office staff regarding development specifics. After college, the IT/Internet craze took her down a different path by allowing her to join Andersen Consulting, LLC as an IT consultant in 1995. She worked passionately alongside clients from many different Fortune 500 companies helping solve problems while constructively creating solutions. The work was extremely rewarding but by 2003 the travel was becoming too intense and she really missed everyday life in Denver so she decided to make the career change and revisit her roots in the real estate industry!
It was after a few award winning years on their own Erin and Kristen decided to partner in the Spring of 2004. They have been one of Colorado's top producing teams ever since!
Why work together?
Erin and Kristen wanted to ensure that all of their client's real estate needs never go unmet. Together they have extensive industry knowledge that goes a long way to creating lasting relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry. They are innovative and dedicated to the Denver market and pride themselves on going above and beyond to meet the client's expectations.
Real Estate Philosophy
Being a real estate broker involves intense education of the client – Denver neighborhoods, market trends, development projects, real estate contract specifics, inspection options etc... This is a business that should be built on trust – just like the accountant, financial planner, banker, doctor, insurance agent etc... so should the real estate broker be to the client. "We don't expect our clients to call us only when they need to buy or sell a house – We expect clients to contact us for the most basic homeowner questions, simply to chat about the market, or see where they stand equity wise with their home for the sake of curiosity. We work really hard to make every client a client for life!"
