My career in real estate began in 1999, while working in marketing for an award winning downtown mixed-use project. After successfully selling out the residential penthouses, I was asked by the listing agent to join her new, downtown real estate company, Kentwood City Properties!
Now, I not only work on new residential projects, I sell properties all throughout the city's neighborhoods to first time and seasoned buyers and sellers.
Whether it's a turn-of-the-century charmer, mid-century contemporary, high rise, new traditional home, or hip loft - just to name a few - I've become an expert in buying and selling Denver's diverse architecture and neighborhoods. Knowing Denver's neighborhoods and the unique characteristics they offer and keeping up-to-date with current marketing trends and forecasts, contribute to my success.
