Matthew McNeill hails from a background in residential development and offers a rich and unique perspective to home buying.
Matthew has a vast appreciation for Colorado's natural beauty from the peaks of the Rocky Mountains to Denver's most esteemed, charming and eclectic neighborhoods. He is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors, the HBA (Home Builders Association), SMC (Sales and Marketing Council) and is philanthropically involved with many local and national organizations; additionally, Matthew is an avid traveler and adventurer but also enjoys spending time with his family, friends and neighbors at his home in Belcaro.
Matthew obtained his degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and has integrated that knowledge with 11 years of hands on experience. Through his high-energy and attention to detail, coupled with his understanding and practice of the industry, Matthew has procured over $100 million dollars in home sales ; he is sought after for his know-how and knowledge by builders, developers and home-buyers/sellers alike.
Kevin Garrett was born and raised in Denver Colorado, and as a Colorado native, has a great appreciation for the diversity and history of this amazing city.
Kevin attended the University of Colorado as an engineering student, has owned several successful entrepreneurial businesses, enjoys the outdoors, international travel, and currently resides in the Belcaro neighborhood.
Seventeen years ago Kevin found his passion for Real Estate. He discovered a phenomenon in which he was able to combine his enthusiasm for design, outstanding attention to detail, drive and dedication, with his knowledge and love of Denver.
Kevin offers these talents to the benefit of all his clients- whether they home-buyers, investors or developers. He has implemented the success of several well known projects throughout Denver, including: Lodo, Cherry Creek, Golden Triangle. Kevin has proven to be of invaluable service from inception to completion- specializing in pricing and creative marketing and, of course, sales.
Kevin has been a member of the Denver Board of Realtors since 1990 and has served on the Ethics Committee since 1994, and Chairman since 1997 and is well known throughout this industry for his incredible talent of bringing people and properties together.
