With his background in advertising and corporate sales, Steve has consistently been recognized as a multi-million dollar award winner with the Denver Board of Realtors 'Round Table' and the Kentwood Companies $10 million producer group. First getting his license in 1996 in Colorado, he is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors and the Denver Board of Realtors.
A Texas native he has lived in Colorado since 1987 and has unsurpassed residential and relocation experience in central Denver and the surrounding suburbs, working with first time buyers and sellers from the $100,000 to over $2 million price range.
One of Steve's greatest strengths is to help out-of-state buyers learn about the different neighborhoods and lifestyles that are available to them in the Denver area.
Among his accomplishments Steve has served as co-chairman of a community advisory board for Denver Public Heath's HIV Prevention and Vaccine Trials program, a table Captain for project Angel Heart and supports the Denver Dumb Friends League.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys Colorado's abundant outdoor life including hiking, snow shoeing and cross country skiing with his Vizsla "Bullet" and companion David.
