Bryan and Kris Uhl are Kentwood City Properties Premier Real Estate Team. They came to Kentwood City Properties to expand their area of expertise and enjoy the atmosphere of Downtown Denver. Bryan and Kris have called Colorado home since 1993 and never plan to leave. Having both grown up in Omaha, Nebraska, only miles apart from each other, they met in Vail, Colorado in 1994. Bryan and Kris each have a BS in Marketing as well as several years of Sales in their background. This past expertise enables them to provide creative and unique ways of marketing properties as well as valuable techniques to negotiate and handle all aspects of complex real estate transactions.
The Uhl's specialize in the Denver metro area but have sold properties all over, including the suburbs and foothills. They have sold and have extensive knowledge of most areas of Denver including Park Hill, Downtown, Uptown, Highland, Washington Park, Platte Park, Congress Park, Mayfair, Crestmoor, Hilltop and Cherry Creek. It is hard to list all the areas they have sold but please do not be afraid to ask. After living in Park Hill for six years they recently moved to the Crestmoor neighborhood. They assist first time buyers all the way up to seasoned real estate sellers.
In February 2002, there was a new addition to "Team Uhl". His name is Aidan and he has created a new priority in their life. Aidan helps with listing presentations and has shown numerous homes in his short life. The Uhl's are dedicated to their family, but also to providing their clients with the best in Real Estate services.
