Continuum Partners is a Denver based real estate development company born from the belief that there is a connection between long-term, sustained property value and high-quality urban design. Continuum combines an experienced real estate development team with a solid base of capital resources to develop projects that demonstrate the principles of smart-growth.

The company brings a unique approach to the development process. Projects are selected and guided by an ambitious set of values and beliefs that a developer's responsibilities to its community is as significant as its responsibilities to its investors. In fact Continuum believes that what is in the long-term interest of the community is generally in the long-term interest of the developer.

Continuum Partners was established in Denver, Colorado in 1997 with a deliberate mission: to create sustainable human habitats of extraordinary character and enduring value.

Individuals with a broad base of experience were recruited from around the country to form a development company dedicated to demonstrating that smart growth can acually lead to more profit.

With 3 significant projects in the Denver area already underway, Continuum seems to be proving its value proposition.

All Continuum projects are evaluated and managed according to the following five values.

ENVIRONMENT:
We acknowledge that our planet is a closed system and we are committed to leading our industry to new methods of development which are both economically viable and ecologically sustainable.

COMMUNITY DESIGN AND THE PUBLIC REALM:
Design should derive from the community's history, culture, climate and the region or neighborhood's unique character.

Each project should respect the importance of the public realm and the effect it has on human behavior and community. Through design, a project can and should enhance the highest functions of community.

EQUITY:
We believe that communities must serve the needs of all people. We are committed to designing and building environments that enhance community and create the highest quality human habitats for all citizens. Access to jobs, housing, education and recreation are fundamental to a thriving neighborhood.

INTEGRITY:
We shall maintain the highest standards of integrity in all of our activities.

We believe in open communication, listening, and searching for outcomes that further both the community's and Continuum's mission.

TRUE COSTS AND PROFITS:
We are committed to balancing these values with our desire to achieve market competitive yields over the short term and exceed market competitive yields over the long term. We do not believe that our free market economy's current method of cost distribution incorporates the "true costs" of the processes and resources used in the development and construction process, yet it is the reality we currently live in.

We acknowledge that these principles may compete with each other at times. Our greatest challenge is to manage these competing values to achieve an appropriate balance.
