History:

The newest member of the nationally known Kentwood Company, Kentwood City Properties, LLC. was formed in May of 1999 to specialize in central Denver properties. We hit the ground running, and closed over $200,000,000 in our second year of operation. We represent residential buyers, sellers, and developers, and we offer a unique street-front office (link) to share information about what's really going on in Denver. Our office is comprised of 30 full-time, full-service Realtors, most of whom have lived and worked in the City for years.

We originally opened on Blake Street near the baseball stadium, and moved in November 1999 to our Wazee Street location between Dixon's Restaurant and Heritage Bank. In August of 2001, we expanded by opening a second, satellite street-front office in Lower Downtown at 17th and Wynkoop Streets, directly across from Union Station. Most recently, we have expanded our Wynkoop location to create the most energetic group of full-time professionals in all central Denver, all in one spectacular location across from Union Station.
