I have been a Realtor for over 25 years starting with my Dad when I was in my 20’s. My Dad owned a very successful real estate company in Pennsylvania for over 40 years. In 1998, my wife Lori and I sold everything and moved to Denver to build a new life for our family near the mountains. We purchased a home in Centennial so our girls could attend Cherry Creek Schools. I started my real estate career in the Denver Metro area with Prudential, then Coldwell Banker and in 2013 Peter Niederman invited us to join Kentwood Real Estate. As our business developed, primarily from past clients and referrals, we realized we needed to build a talented team to continue to meet the needs of our growing number of clients. In 2014, we created the Tom Gross team with hard-working, experienced, reliable, compassionate Realtors and staff who share a common passion for collaborating with our clients to make their real estate dreams come true.

I am a University of Colorado Boulder alum with a degree in Business Marketing and went on to study interior design in Texas. Born in Albuquerque, I grew up watching my parents and grandparents work in construction and real estate. My husband, Allen, and I became Colorado residents in 1988. After raising our two children, I joined my husband to run the golf programs at Colorado AvidGolfer, a regional lifestyle magazine.
I then entered the nonprofit sector, enjoying a successful career with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and March of Dimes. My highly effective track record for fundraising, corporate and board development, volunteer supervision and relationship management led me to DaVita, Inc., where I headed up the Fortune 200 Company’s social responsibility program. With a unique community and nonprofit business perspective, I became the company’s Community Enrichment Manager, developing strategies and processes to create partnerships supporting nonprofits and community efforts in the Denver Metro region.
Throughout my corporate life, my love of community and neighborhoods has fueled my lifelong passion for real estate—a passion that has propelled me to launch the career of my dreams.
Marketing has always been my passion and I especially enjoy the complexities of real estate marketing. I earned my Master of Science in Marketing from Drexel University and I spent 7 years as a District Sales Manager for Frito Lay and another 7 years with a real estate advertising firm based in NYC. Tom and I moved to Colorado in 1998 and we decided I would stay home with our girls and eventually join Tom in real estate. Our girls attended Cherry Creek Schools and I enjoyed volunteering at their schools as well as being a soccer, dance and swim team mom. I started working with Tom about 5 years ago when our youngest was at Grandview High School. My favorite part of my job is getting to know our clients and their home, so I can create the most effective marketing strategy to target and attract the right home buyer. I am constantly researching and evaluating social, media, photography and marketing options to offer our clients the most effective marketing strategy to sell their home quickly and for top dollar. Client Care Specialist
I am a detail oriented person with 14+ years of experience with real estate transactions in the Denver area. I started at Guardian Title Agency where I processed and closed thousands of real estate transactions as an Escrow Officer/Manager. Looking for more flexibility, I transitioned to a Transaction Coordinator/Client Care Specialist for a high producing real estate team. My number one priority is monitoring all facets of our clients’ real estate transactions to ensure every detail is completed successfully prior to closing and our clients are fully informed during the process. Working on the administrative side of the Tom Gross Team is a great fit for me because I enjoy the challenge of managing and completing multiple tasks, supporting the other team members and I especially enjoy getting to know our clients!
