Systems

ELECTRICAL - Each unit has 200 amp service, single phase 120v/ 208v feeder with 30 pole breaker panel.

HVAC - Individual unit 13 SEER electric air conditioning systems and high efficiency gas forced air furnace with digital programmable thermostat. Dual heating and air conditioning systems per plan.

WATER HEATER - Each unit is supplied with one 48 gallon hot water heater.

FIRE PROTECTION - A minimum of one hour fire separation is provided between units. Each unit is protected by a fully automatic sprinkler system.

TELECOM/CABLE - Each unit is pre-wired with category 5 (CAT 5) cable. Cable outlets in master bedroom and family room, phone outlets in master bedroom, kitchen, family room, 2nd bedroom and penthouse. Two Internet access outlets in flex space.

ENERGY STAR is a voluntary program managed by the Environmental Protection Agency with assistance from the U.S. Department of Energy.
